We didn’t know her before we got our appraisal, but selling a property in a small town, Melissa’s reputation went ahead of her, and we heard about her via word of mouth, so thought we’d try her out. It was the best thing we could have done! She was very professional, very honest, friendly and helpful. The video and photographs couldn’t have been done better either, they turned out awesome! Her market knowledge was right on the mark too. She knew exactly what she was doing, and talking about.
