I appreciate the passion and motivation that real estate agent put in selling the house, also he is a great communicator. However, it seems to me that the real estate agent didn't have the full knowledge of the house he was selling or withheld known facts about the house (water supply system, sliding door of wardrobe and bedroom door issues et ac). Building a stronger sense of professionalism will make him go a long way.
