The balance of really understanding her client, managing their requirements was first and foremost, she was upfront and honest and worked with me on what could be achieved and various options. I ended up being highly impressed that I was also about to list my own house for sale with Mel. I have and will continue to recommend her to others. It’s more than a job to her and I valued the fact she listened to what I needed and how that may work with her vendors. Frankly if it wasn’t for her I likely would not have continued with the process and not purchased the property she was selling. Trust is a high must have with a real estate agent who manages your asset and debt for you, and there’s nothing worse than being told and sold things that simply aren’t true.
