I first met Mel 7 years ago when purchasing in Balclutha, she was hands on, available to answer all my questions and showed a real interest in finding a suitable home for me and my family. Fast forward 7 years and relocating back to my home town in Canterbury, I needed to sell my property that I had kept as a rental. Mel was who I thought of to find the right buyer and manage the sale as she had left a lasting impression on me. I had a tenant in the house I wanted to sell, who I really appreciated as she kept the home as her own, kept on top of communicating any maintenance or issues and was all round a dream tenant. If I didn't have to I wouldn't have sold, but selling was a real need to secure a house for kids and myself back home. Naturally I felt concern for my tenant and wanted an agent who would think of her too. Mel did exactly that and really put the extra care into working with the tenant too. The marketing, approach at sale I couldn't fault. I was so impressed with how my home was shown and Mel kept me updated at all times. She sold the house to a first home buyer and we worked together right up until it was over the line. Mel knows her area well, she has a world of experience and knowledge, she's approachable, hardworking and very dedicated. I would recommend her to anyone!
