I first met Mel 7 years ago when purchasing in Balclutha, she was hands on, available to answer all my questions and showed a real interest in finding a suitable home for me and my family. Fast forward 7 years and relocating back to my home town in Canterbury, I needed to sell my property that I had kept as a rental.
