Mel was very upfront and clear with us about the property and expectations of vendors. She was fantastic at communicating with us and working with us and vendors to get documents we needed. Mel was also a great intermediary with the existing tenants so we could do builders inspection etc. Mel was personable and professional and willing to meet us when suited us best.
