Mel was pretty much the only agent during our house search that left us alone and let us view the property in peace. This gave us the opportunity and actually talk everything through and made us buy the house in the end. When we did ask questions she was very helpful and very chatty. She is generally very relaxed, at no point there was any pressure and she was always happy as. I really enjoyed working with her. She organised everything perfectly, is very onto it and made the whole process nice and easy. I'd definitely buy a house from her again.

Mel was amazing to deal with. She kept us advised on after each open home and made good suggestions on what we could do that could help with the sale process. In the end she exceeded our expetations on sale price and sale time frame. Would gladly use her again if the need arises.

Mel was amazing from start to finish. She supported me every step of the way, went above and beyond, and made the whole experience feel really personal. I never felt like I was just another client. We looked at so many houses together, and by the end my daughter was well and truly over house hunting. The only way I could get her to come to a viewing was if Mel was going to be there, which I think says it all! I’m so grateful for everything Mel did for us and couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Mel engaged with my son & I 100% right from the start. From asking us what we were looking/wanted in a home. Listening to what we did or didn't like in any house we viewed with her. Phoning every week whether there were any houses that suited us in the new listings or not. I found Mel genuinely cared and wanted to find us the forever home we wanted. She even went the extra mile and went door knocking on a street that we had put an offer in on a house, that wasn't accepted at the time; as Mel knew how much I loved the street. Mel encouraged us to not give up on the house in that street as the deadline was still a couple of weeks away and put in our offer on the deadline. I'm pleased to say our offer was accepted the 2nd time. We are now living in our forever home all thanks to Mel.
