We had planned to sell our home ourselves. But after a long and exhausting reno – and a chance meeting with Mel – we asked her to give us a valuation. During her presentation and explanation of the process it was clear Mel had energy and enthusiasm for property selling in spades – along with a network of potential buyers we couldn't access alone. Within a week of listing we had two good viewings. The second was someone Mel had been dealing with for months who clearly wanted the place.
