She knows her market well and has a good list of buyers and investors to purchase any type of property. Mel's dedication to her work doesn't stop at the sale or purchase of a property, as she is willing to help in any way she can (recently she found a carpet layer for us and a person to assist him in removing and installing doors, for an unrelated rental property that we are not looking to sell! It was proving difficult to get the other carpet layers in the area to come and quote on the job). We will most certainly continue to work with Mel in the future.

Mel is a fantastic sales agent. She is always available to answer any queries or bounce off ideas. In addition she is also willing to go the extra mile to help assist with things not directly related to the property being sold (e.g. checking up on other property renovations, calling on contractors, etc.), which is especially helpful as we are not based in Taumarunui. We had a very tight timeframe with selling two of our properties in order to buy a property up north, and Mel came through with the buyers to get things across the line.

When we began our house hunting journey we were unsure of what we were wanting. Mel took a look at our family and was able to guide us in our dreams of the kind of property we were wanting for our little whanau. Mel is EXTREMELY approachable, trustworthy and kind and will answer any and all questions truthfully and honestly no matter how ridiculous (sorry mel haha). The properties that we picked to look at were often not what we were wanting.
