Megan was super Professional in everything she did for me; and many things were on top of the usual Real Estate duties..... Because I am an older woman on my own, with No Family in New Zealand currently, let alone in Taranaki; if I was in need of a special service then she could be relied upon to come up with a Name or two plus contact details! e.g. Declutter Helper, Joiner and Handyman..... She appreciated My Needs and for that I will always be grateful i.e. she didn't try to be push me into anything I did not want to do e.g. Expensive advertising, Open Homes (at first!) and therefore we worked as a Team, both knowing what each other expected of each other..... She was always on time and Texted and/or Emailed when she said she would, which is something that means a lot to me i.e. good communication is 'key' to a successful relationship of any kind. And she answered any/all Questions I had, never making me feel I shouldn't be asking!! Her Market Knowledge turned out to be 'spot on'! And so we managed to sell my House extremely close to my Asking Price, and I couldn't have asked for more than that, could I?
