Megan was super Professional in everything she did for me; and many things were on top of the usual Real Estate duties..... Because I am an older woman on my own, with No Family in New Zealand currently, let alone in Taranaki; if I was in need of a special service then she could be relied upon to come up with a Name or two plus contact details! e.g. Declutter Helper, Joiner and Handyman..... She appreciated My Needs and for that I will always be grateful i.e. she didn't try to be push me into anything I did not want to do e.g. Expensive advertising, Open Homes (at first!) and therefore we worked as a Team, both knowing what each other expected of each other..... She was always on time and Texted and/or Emailed when she said she would, which is something that means a lot to me i.e. good communication is 'key' to a successful relationship of any kind. And she answered any/all Questions I had, never making me feel I shouldn't be asking!! Her Market Knowledge turned out to be 'spot on'! And so we managed to sell my House extremely close to my Asking Price, and I couldn't have asked for more than that, could I? I found her to be very tackful too, when she had to bring up subjects that may have been difficult, and with our good communication basics, we could discuss anything that was required, because we both knew to Focus on our Share Goal! I felt I was part of her Team!
