Megan was known to myself initially. I introduced her to my sister. We felt comfortable employing Megan to sell our late mother's home She was very friendly, warm, helpful and caring throughout the whole process. We could not have been happier engaging her. We worked through the ins and outs of the process, working with potential purchasers and her keeping us abreast of developments and changes that occurred. She would communicate at any time of the day, leave messages and keep us updated all the time. It made things less stressful for us, she explained processes and made sure we understood what was going on. She liaised with various parties as and when needed with prompt efficiency. Megan was extremely helpful during the purchase process. As I was in Perth Australia during this time with the 4 hour time difference she was most helpful communicating sometimes during the NZ evening.
