We really appreciated the effort she made early on, particularly her follow-up even a year after our initial contact when we had decided not to sell at that time. However, once negotiations began with the interested buyer, it felt like I had to really push to secure the amount we were aiming for. I believe that if I hadn’t advocated so strongly for us, we might have ended up settling for less. At times, it seemed as though Megan leaned more toward the buyer’s side during the negotiation process, and we felt somewhat on our own in driving the sale forward. She may not have been aware of how that came across, but it’s worth mentioning.
