Megan is very professional and worked very hard to ensure my property was sold, with many open homes. Thanks to Megan's advice I agreed to have the house dressed and I'm sure it made a difference for the buyer. She also kept in touch through the law firm who administer the trust, they were extremely pleased by her professionalism and communication skills.

Megan sold my family home in Papanui and I can't recommend her highly enough. Megan was lovely to work with—timely, professional, and friendly. We really appreciated the effort she made early on, particularly her follow-up even a year after our initial contact when we had decided not to sell at that time. However, once negotiations began with the interested buyer, it felt like I had to really push to secure the amount we were aiming for. I believe that if I hadn’t advocated so strongly for us, we might have ended up settling for less. At times, it seemed as though Megan leaned more toward the buyer’s side during the negotiation process, and we felt somewhat on our own in driving the sale forward. She may not have been aware of how that came across, but it’s worth mentioning.
