We had the absolute pleasure of working with Derek to both purchase and later sell our beloved holiday home. When we first bought the property, Derek was there every step of the way—his enthusiasm was infectious, and he went above and beyond to help us secure our dream holiday getaway. He made us feel completely safe and supported throughout the process, and his genuine excitement for us made it clear we were in the very best hands. There was never any question we would call on him again when the time came to sell. Living out of the district, we were so grateful for Maureen’s exceptional support and communication. She was incredibly efficient in organizing and managing open homes and always kept us updated with thoughtful detail.
