Maureen also gave us advice on how to sell a tenanted property with the least amount of hassle to all parties. Maureen made sure our Tenant was kept happy. She kept us informed as to how the open homes where going. If Ever I had to sell again, I would definitely use her again. She was very helpful with everything to getting this property sold even with a tough market.
