Maureen recently sold us a house in Otaki. She has a very friendly, relaxed approach and is very easy to communicate with. She was very reassuring, which is great given that house buying can be a stressful experience. She was very quick to respond if asked a question, and if she didn't know the answer she made an extra effort to find out. She looks after the interests of the purchaser, as well as the vendor, making sure that both are looked after in order to get the best result and working hard to sort out any issues. She was also able to give us lots of advice on purchasing and has excellent local knowledge, which was great as we are new to Otaki. So, all in all, we had a very positive experience with Maureen.

Maureen was extremely helpful in my new house purchase which had particular challenges as I was overseas at the time.
