I first met Matthew when he was holding an open home on a property I viewed just as I was starting out on my journey of thinking about selling. I instantly liked his genuine, warm, friendly and passionate approach and thought "When I sell I want people coming to view my property to be greeted like this". We got talking and I asked Matthew to appraise my property. He made what could’ve been an extremely large and daunting task for me very doable. Matthew has a background in hospitality which shines through when you are dealing with him. I felt very comfortable with his expertise and guidance.... and was pleased to say that once on the market we had sold within one week at a very favourable price! The advertising, drone shots and video showcased my property fantastically! I was most impressed with these outstanding tools.
