Matt Loose began his Real Estate career in 1996 at the tender age of 21. Now he has amassed over two decades’ worth of experience that he successfully utilises on a daily basis for the benefit of his clients. The combination of Matt’s extensive expertise, with the market-leading environment at Harcourts Grenadier’s City Office has resulted in him conducting over $200 million worth of sales to date. Excellent, easy to deal with real estate agent who I would use again!

Engaged and proactive from start to finish

Matt was awesome to deal with from the first time we met with him to after the home was sold. He explained everything well and had transparency that sometimes is hard to find from a REA. His daughter Jorja was also a great help and support especially at auction when I went on to purchase my next home. Having her there put me at ease and I would sell with them both again in future.
