Matt was great to work with during the process of buying my first home. He was super helpful, easy to communicate with, had prompt replies and great knowledge. Matt provided me with all I needed to know about houses going to auction and how to navigate this. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone needing an agent!
Matt is very professional, very helpful, comes with all the knowledge. He answered everything I asked of him, and told me about stuff I didn't know to ask. As a first home buyer, Matt made the process significantly less stressful as he kept in touch every two to three days. Matt sets the benchmark. I have no doubt he is consistent with this quality with every client, buying or selling. Cheers.
We have just brought a house with Matt acting on our behalf, he was so good to deal as we looked around for a few months for the property that would best suit us, he was patient as we looked around at different properties and kept us up to date as new properties came onto the market, he arranged access into the properties and attended auctions with us and talked us through the process as it was all new to us. Cheers Matt appreciate the work you put in for us, means a lot
Matt was efficient and had a great plan from the start. He had a number of contacts and made good use of his networking skills to get our property in front of as many people as possible. The few days prior and on the day of the auction he was still working the phones fielding questions and making inquiries. In the end we had a great outcome thanks the Matt and the team at Bayleys on the auction day. Thanks Matt.
Matt is a hard worker, did everything we asked and more, nothing was too much trouble. He sold our house for a good price and helped us find the new one. Matt kept us up to date every step of the way, even after the house was sold. We would use him again without question.
I found Matt to be very professional and honest. He informed us from the beginning of the sales process and the different methods of making a sale and the one that best suited our situation. We were given feedback from all viewings and made aware of the current performance of the housing market. I found him easy to communicate with and very eager to satisfy our requirements. Would recommend him to other house owners
Matt was great to deal with on our property purchase. He responded quickly to requests and was great at facilitating any additional needs we had.
Matt was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole house-buying process. He went absolutely above and beyond to resolve issues along the way, despite a few curveballs, and made things as easy as possible for both myself and the vendors. I really felt supported and informed throughout the purchase process, as Matt's communication was excellent, and he was always positive, calm and solution focused. Matt helped make my journey to home ownership a really positive one, and I'd recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for an agent who knows what they're doing and has a heart for people.
