Matt helped the reviewer sell this property

Made a challenging sale easy !

So refreshing to have an agent who is no-nonsense and hard working ! Matt was a recommendation from a local business who said that he was energetic and innovative. He viewed the property, gave some helpful feedback, and agreed on a marketing process and a fair fee. It was a tough sell in a difficult market but he delivered exactly what we wanted. He kept multiple buyers under control and made good suggestions to us. Highly recommended.
