Very responsive, great communication style and pleasant personality. Matt knows the market and are highly professional. The amount of coverage we got through the company was also a strong point. The online presentation was also very professional. The videos and photos did the property justice. I will definitely recommend Matthew to anyone that plans to sell or for that matter buy as well. He has lots of experience with all the legal requirements and was able to give me some recommendations that was very helpful. Even after we went unconditional he was still supporting. Working with Matt to get our first home was a pleasure and definitely made the whole process less stressful then it needed to be. When we first met him at the open home he was open and honest about his background and I think something for me that stood out was that he had worked for the big real estate firms and now is just working for himself, together with his outlook of how things should be it gave us trust and confidence that Matt was the right one for the sale. He is very professional, very good market knowledge and was just a joy. Being our first home there was alot of questions that we had and a few things that we wanted negotiated and he was always prompt with replies and with communicating with the vendors. Basically if we needed to do this again Matt would be the guy we would trust in this process.

Matt is an honest, genuine person. He worked hard for our purchase and really cared about what we wanted. Matt was super efficient when placing the offer and was always amazing at communicating.
