Matt Rogers and Travis Adolph worked very thoroughly and hard selling my property. Never giving up over 5 months they kept their interest. reporting to me often & having 2 weekend open homes every week . The property would only interest a few as small 1 bedroom on shared land no garage etc. It was the updated and fresh looking but had limitations. I could not fault TEAM ROGERS and will thoroughly recommend them .
Matt is a brilliant agent. Keeps you informed all the way. He has a great sense of humour which helps when things aren't quite going the way you would hope they would go.

Matt did a good job of introducing and getting the listing signed up. The feedback I gave about expected price being based on older sales and not the most recent proved valid and as the campaign progressed the expectations were dropped to end up well below the appraisal range. It was an example of buying a listing and unwinding vendor expectations during the process. I did have difficulty reaching Matt by phone.once he returned my call within a few minutes but apart from that was slow to return my calls. Overall I can’t say I was super impressed
