Matt is a rare and extraordinary talent. A consummate and focused professional, his market knowledge and analysis were pivotal in guiding us through a complex sale in an uncertain market. He is direct and good natured at the same time, which has left me with the impression of an honest and hard working man. Inaccurately being diagnosed as a “tricky client” by many, Matt had his work cut out for him. Enthusiasm, persistence and determination are all words that come to mind whilst purchasing through Matt. And I’m sure it’s the same when the tables are turned. Though upset that the Boat didn’t come with the property (I am still working on it…), the overall experience was seamless, and wouldn’t have any reservation using again and/or recommending to friends and colleagues. It really is just a shame we can’t have a celebratory GNT on that boat.
Matt would answer any questions that we would have on the property and sort out any Forman that we requested, he would be a phone call away with anything you needed, well presented and professional 10/10
