Matt is great to deal with and provided excellent communication throughout the sale process. To make things a little more complicated we had my elderly mother living at the house and Matt had to manage onsite visits and inspections around her schedule while keeping her her happy - and he did a great job of this too. Matt is knowledgeable regarding the market and managing the process, very approachable and and professional. We would definitely use Matt again for any future property dealings.
