Matt’s the man

We found Matt a breeze to work with. He’s a good listener and is very approachable. As far as communications goes, he kept us well up to speed each step of the way either by phone or physical visits. Matt is very artful with his persuasive manner and empathetic with the buyers needs. He does not come over at all as a stereotypical pushy salesman, quite the opposite. He worked hard with us to get our sale and put in some crazy hours to service all parties needs. 10/10 overall for Matt.
