Matt really put in a huge amount of effort to sell the house. He remained friendly, professional and respectful throughout. He demonstrated excellent communication skills and was always in touch with regular updates. He came across as having a huge amount of honesty and integrity. He has great listening skills and this made it so easy for us to work with him. His write up on the house was fabulous and we felt he really marketed the property extremely well. We had full confidence in him throughout the entire process. We would not hesitate to recommend him.
