Excellent agent

After enduring almost 2 years on the market with a mediocre agent, our situation became very dire. Following a string of multiple avoidable and extremely stressful incidences, which snowballed into a life-threatening situation, not to mention costing us a lot of money, we changed agents to Matt. Best decision ever. He closed the deal within 2 months with zero dramas. He’s as good as they get. Highly recommended.
