The property was tenanted at the time which added a layer of complexity to selling the property and meant that the agent we chose, had to be capable of effectively liaising with both our tenant, our property manager and also ourselves throughout the process. Mary did an absolutely outstanding job, arranging the open home times with the tenant and also dealing with buyers who needed to see the property outside of those standard times in ways that caused the least disruption to our tenant. Throughout the 3-week auction programme, she also provided us with detailed written updates each week about each person that went through the property, plus information about numbers of views and hits online on the various websites where the property was advertised.
