My wife and I recently purchased a property from Mary. Overall the property is lovely and met our expectations. There were some areas of the negotiation and the settlement process that didn't meet our expectations. Mainly around the communication where a number of misunderstandings arose between us and the sellers around price and settlement date. I'm sure Mary would have learned from this experience. Also, our general observation is that the Barfoot and Thompson general process and after-sale care felt more limited and less polished than another agency we sold our property through.
