We initially contacted Martyn to obtain a market appraisal. His openess and honesty was apparent and we felt very comfortable with potentially trusting the sale of our much loved bach we had owned for 29 years. We made no commitment to sell but he quietly persevered without pushing us and finally bought us the right buyer. His communication throughout was excellent and we would thoroughly recommend him to anyone selling their property.

We feel lucky the day we decided to call an agent it was Marty. We ended up purchasing a beautiful beachfront property before it hit the market. Marty has excellent communication skills, and he's shown us he's a man of high integrity.

We found Martyn to be both professional and very personable as a real estate agent. He is easy to get in contact with and was reliable to follow through with extra questions that we had at a later date if he couldn't answer them straight away. Martyn even took us for a ride around the Pelorus Sound in his own boat to show us the bach we were interested in and bought (which is also accessible by vehicle) plus, he took the time to show us other bach's within the Sound at our price range. He never came across as though he was "just trying to make a sale"! We would recommend Martyn Birch.
