It’s a 6 hour drive for us up to the Sounds and Martyn couldn’t have been more flexible or helpful in arranging a property viewing and then a pre-purchase inspection for us - really appreciate him being so accomodating! A true gentleman to deal with and I would certainly chose him if we were selling our property up here. Martyn also arranged a lot of paperwork for us from the vendors - his communication is excellent.
Martyn really was the hidden asset to our sale. Going above and beyond an ordinary ‘land ‘ agents efforts by boating clients himself out to the property. This guy sure is a pro-active agent!. Martyn has fantastic communication,- he always kept us informed , put us at ease and we enjoyed a few good yarns too!. but his own extra time spent at work and his vast knowledge of the property and the area/location is invaluable. Martyn was professional, honest and straight up front. We were searching over a period of approximately 18 months and he never once lost his enthusiasm or surety of finding us the right property. One must consider also that for most of our looking time we were living in Brisbane and so he would co-ordinate showing the properties in the time periods when we were going to be in New Zealand. Martyn took us out in the sounds for the day. We had a great day out exploring sea based properties. He had lots of information he shared of the area. He also gave us good information if we brought a property such as barge cost, mooring and jetty requirements and water taxi and rough costs for these things.
