Living in Christchurch and selling a house in Papamoa was not an easy thing to do however entrusting the sale with Mark made this process much easier. Mark was great! We were selling a home in Papamoa while we lived in Auckland, however, Mark made everything easy & communicated with us on a regular basis to keep us informed on how things such as the open homes & general inquiries into the property were going. Mark also organised for a local handyman to keep the property looking good during the sale process and liaised with local contractors to ensure any necessary repairs were done as required. Unfortunately, the timing of us selling our home wasn't the best with regards to what was happening in the market, however, Mark worked hard to get us a sale that we were very satisfied with in the softening market conditions.  Selling home a home can be stressful at times, but Mark made the overall process very easy for us. Thank you!
