Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and consistently went above and beyond to help me through the home buying process. What really stood out was how understanding he was of my feelings and anxieties. He took the time to explain each step in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident moving forward. Mark was always professional and quick to respond to any questions I had, no matter how small. I truly appreciated his support and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated empathetic realtor.

Price didn’t go as high as anticipated but I realised and accepted the fact prices have come down at least 10% in the last two years.

Great perspective of market and options to make a sale. Very clear with process and aims. Worked hard at every opportunity to gain sale
