We have had a bad run with our first agent from ray white, and we took a while before we decided on taking Mark and the team on. Why we took them on? The reasons are because Mark was honest and genuine from the start, and he made us feel he had the confidence to get the property back on track with the right marketing approach. We had problems with our home, and to make it successful, we had to be realistic, and decide what would be worth. Mark especially has been communicating and guiding us through the extend of even meeting up with our builders and asking questions, so we know if we were doing the right thing. Mark and team has always been communicating with us on updates with our house and have brought through many buyers doing open homes and private viewings. Gave us a few offers before open homes even started and keeps presenting me with offers. This gave us an accurate feedback and understanding on what our property was worth. We didn’t get exactly what we wanted, but we were able to move on from the sale of our property and have put us in a better position to buy another one.
