We were really impressed with Mark's proactive approach and eye for detail. He took the time to understand our proprety and its features/selling points. He was then able to speak strongly about our property to potential buyers. They put together a detailed and considered campaign plan with a short, but extensive open home campaign followed by an auction. We really liked Mark's focus on providing buyers with as much information as possible. His communication during the campaign was a highlight. We were frequently updated including after every open home (4 per weekend). We also really appreciated weekly face to face catchups to go over the campaign. They worked really hard to find buyers for our property and it resulted in multiple interested and serious buyers on auction day. This meant that we got a result that we were really happy with. The fact that this was achieved in some pretty tricky market conditions is also a testament to how hard they worked. We would recommend Mark and Co to anyone looking to sell their house.
