Mark and his team were amazing throughout the transaction. They were easy to deal with and everything was well coordinated. Although no one from the team was present during the handover and a few small hiccups needed sorting out, everything worked out really well overall.

Selling our family home was a stressful and emotional process, but overall we appreciated the support and effort from Mark and Loryn throughout the campaign. One thing we especially valued was how approachable and relatable they were as a young family themselves. They understood the realities of juggling family life while preparing a house for open homes and inspections, which made the process feel less overwhelming. Before we officially listed, Mark was very proactive in helping us prepare the property for market. He connected us with an excellent handyman 'Jay' to address a few items from our property report and even met us onsite to walk through everything together. That support really helped us feel more confident and less daunted going into the selling process. Communication during the campaign was mostly very good, with regular weekly updates and feedback after open homes, which we appreciated. They also continued to support us after the sale with thoughtful gestures including moving boxes and a lovely gift hamper. Like many sales processes, there were some moments where we would have appreciated a little more clarity around pricing expectations, appraisals, and offer strategy as the market evolved. However, we do recognise the challenges of the current market and appreciate the work that ultimately went into achieving a successful sale. We first met Loryn at an open home (and she was very friendly, kind, and welcoming!) Then we came back to the next open home and met Mark. We were early but Mark told us to come in and have a look around while he set up. Mark told us a lot about the property, coincided with a guided tour. Every question wasnt to much and he answered the best he could. He knew with some things we were uncertain and uncomfortable and did everything he could to guide and reassure us.
