Selling our family home was a stressful and emotional process, but overall we appreciated the support and effort from Mark and Loryn throughout the campaign. One thing we especially valued was how approachable and relatable they were as a young family themselves. They understood the realities of juggling family life while preparing a house for open homes and inspections, which made the process feel less overwhelming. Before we officially listed, Mark was very proactive in helping us prepare the property for market. He connected us with an excellent handyman 'Jay' to address a few items from our property report and even met us onsite to walk through everything together. That support really helped us feel more confident and less daunted going into the selling process. Communication during the campaign was mostly very good, with regular weekly updates and feedback after open homes, which we appreciated. They also continued to support us after the sale with thoughtful gestures including moving boxes and a lovely gift hamper. Like many sales processes, there were some moments where we would have appreciated a little more clarity around pricing expectations, appraisals, and offer strategy as the market evolved. However, we do recognise the challenges of the current market and appreciate the work that ultimately went into achieving a successful sale.
