Marisha has an excellent range of contacts and gave great advice on how to prepare our property for sale. Knows the best house stagers and gardeners. What she doesn't know about real estate isn't worth knowing. If you want someone to give you a whole lot of flashy brochures and recommend a whole lot of expensive additions to your house which won't make any difference to the price you end up getting, go to another company.
