She'd notice things I'd completely miss, from presentation ideas through to simple touches like changing cushions to brighten up the lounge. It wasn't about spending money for the sake of it; it was about making the house look its best. She knows the market, works hard, responds quickly, and genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for her clients. The fact she was still checking in after I'd bought my new place to see how I was settling in says a lot about the sort of person she is.
