A whirlwind came in, raised the dust, sent things flying. It was then just "Wham bam thank you mam." House sold in 3 weeks, cash buyer, short turn around and we were outa there. My husband is still bewildered and uttering "What happened there?"

Marisha is an outstanding agent and friend. I had a very small window to market, sell and move to the UK. Everything worked out exactly as it should have been and I was very supported by Marisha the whole way.

If you're looking for an agent who actually does what they say they're going to do, I'd highly recommend Marisha. I listed over the Christmas period, which isn't exactly prime time for selling houses, but she never took her foot off the gas. While most people were thinking about holidays, she was still arranging viewings, following up buyers, and keeping things moving. Her communication was excellent throughout. I never felt left wondering what was happening, and when I had questions or ideas, she actually listened and took them on board. She was happy to talk through strategy rather than just telling me what the plan was, which I really appreciated. What also stood out was her attention to detail. She'd notice things I'd completely miss, from presentation ideas through to simple touches like changing cushions to brighten up the lounge. It wasn't about spending money for the sake of it; it was about making the house look its best. She knows the market, works hard, responds quickly, and genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for her clients. The fact she was still checking in after I'd bought my new place to see how I was settling in says a lot about the sort of person she is. Selling a house can be (is) stressful, but Marisha made the process far easier than I expected. I'd happily recommend her to anyone. Just be warned - As an agent, she actually gave a damn.
