Integrity with a big grin
We're really grateful to Marcus for guiding us into our new home. He was marvelous to work with. He has many grand qualities - a great communicator, a terrific sense of humour, a very professional appearance, a sense of "old-fashioned" courtesy, but the two that stand out for me were his honesty and integrity. He elicited a high sense of trust - he didn't attempt to gloss anything up, we felt we could absolutely trust what he was saying. He read the room - he was great fun, but also serious when the moment called for it. We recommend him unreservedly.
