Buying a house can be stressful, but buying one through Marcel made the whole experience so much easier. From day one, his communication was outstanding. He always kept us in the loop, answered every question we had and somehow managed to answer every phone call..even the ones where I was slightly stressed and just needed a little vent! He never made us feel like a nuisance and always took the time to listen. What we loved most was that he was never pushy, which is so rare in real estate. He gave us the space to make our own decisions while always being there with honest advice and plenty of knowledge. He's just a genuinely normal, down to earth guy. No sales pitch, no pretending to be someone he's not, just himself. If you're looking for an agent who knows his stuff, genuinely cares, and might even double as an unpaid therapist during the stressful moments, then we couldn't recommend Marcel more highly.
