Marcel is a amazing realtor His professionalism and support from start to the end was top notch, his price gauge and market knowledge was on point. He has a way of calmness but being very professional and punctual he helped us feel like we were number one as a seller was what we need not to be pushed around. We would have no hesitation in recommending Marcel to anyone looking to buy their dream home. He happily went above and beyond to find answers to any queries we had about the property, the surrounding area, what the market was doing, and where he thought it might be heading. There were no pressure tactics and he was timely in his communications with us. A genuinely all round nice guy!

Marcel was very responsive to our requests and queiries was excellent at following up. Great line of communication

From the day we met, it felt as though we'd known Marcel forever. He understood exactly what was needed to sell our little piece of paradise and made the entire process feel seamless—from organising the videographers and photographers to the day the "Sold" sticker went up. Marcel's professionalism was outstanding, but it was his genuine care and compassion that truly set him apart. He took the time to understand our story because he knew selling a home is about so much more than four walls—it's about the journey. Ours was a unique one, and he found buyers who would become the next chapter in our home's story. Thank you, Marcel, for helping us achieve our goal and allowing us to begin the next chapter of our own journey, wherever it may lead. We couldn't be happier with the outcome you've delivered and have nothing but praise for your dedication and care. We know you have an incredibly bright future in real estate. Your story is only just beginning.

Buying a house can be stressful, but buying one through Marcel made the whole experience so much easier. From day one, his communication was outstanding. He always kept us in the loop, answered every question we had and somehow managed to answer every phone call..even the ones where I was slightly stressed and just needed a little vent! He never made us feel like a nuisance and always took the time to listen. What we loved most was that he was never pushy, which is so rare in real estate. He gave us the space to make our own decisions while always being there with honest advice and plenty of knowledge. He's just a genuinely normal, down to earth guy. No sales pitch, no pretending to be someone he's not, just himself. If you're looking for an agent who knows his stuff, genuinely cares, and might even double as an unpaid therapist during the stressful moments, then we couldn't recommend Marcel more highly. Thanks for helping us buy our beautiful new home!

Marcel was easy to get on with and his knowledge of the area was great. If he didn't know something he did research to find out. He went out of his way to enable the sale of this property.
