He had deep knowledge about the local area and the property itself yet we appreciated being given the space to let the property speak for itself. Manus was able to answer all our questions with speed and efficiency and provided additional information when required exactly in line with when he said he would. He made the whole purchase process extremely stress-free and walked us through it alongside him. Manus never hesitated to go the extra mile to make things easier for us as purchasers from out of town. We liked the fact that he had a relationship of long-standing with the vendors and that they clearly trusted him. We felt the same way. We now have an amazing property and, as a bonus, we also have made strong connections with the previous owners thanks to Manus. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
