Mala and Sarah were very pleasant and easy to deal with. They listened to us and acted in accordance with our wishes. Their communication and knowledge of the market was great.
Mala and Sarah were fantastic when we needed our house sold asap. They provided amazing photos and marketing that ensured plenty of potential buyers came to the open homes. Their negotiating skills are second to none and they communicated very well throughout the whole process. I would not hesitate in recommending selling with Mala and Sarah at Total Realty Blenheim and I wish them all the best for the future.
Mala & Sarah were friendly & very helpful. Easy to contact and explained every step along the way.
I am glad I chose Mala and Sarah to list and sell my property in Blenheim. They were very professional and helpful. They got prospective buyers in quickly and so were able to get a contract very quickly also. Which then became unconditional allowing me to purchase the property I had a contract on to buy. So a very good result for all concerned.
Mala is a top notch professional ladywith a great sense of humour. She did exactly what we asked of her and sold our property in quick time. Would highly recommend this lady to sell your property.
Mela and Sarah are amazing. From the first visit to the sold sticker going up we couldn't fault them. Professional, enthusiastic and a good laugh had. We will use them again.
Mala and Sarah were fantastic to deal with. The process was seamless and straightforward and there was very little effort required from us - documents sent through for signing and no running around needed. Clear communicators, but most of all very realistic and honest in their approach and authenticity in real estate agents is a rare and refreshing thing. Keep up your hard work and we wish you nothing but success in the future. Would definitely work with Total Realty again if and when the opportunity arises.
