We believe we made the best decision to list our property with Mala Gepp. During our appraisal she was very honest about our property and the expected price we can get which we liked. So we put our trust in her property market knowledge and listed with her. Mala got us an offer after just first open home. She was very professional and honest about the offer and give us all the relevant information regarding the offer honestly which helped us a lot . After some negotiations we accepted the first offer and are really happy about it. During the negotiations there was a small hiccup which Mala handled with utmost professionalism and didn't let the offer lapsed. In selling my house Maya faced a difficult market, and eventually, a very difficult buyer. Plus, her partner in real estate dropped out, presumably leaving her with a heavy load. She handled all this gracefully, and I eventually got my asking price. The one hiccup was in the Disclosure Statement, which she handled too casually, and which has come back to bite in the final stretch. As a seller, no matter who your agent is, take this seriously. Maya took this verbally, glossed over details, and affixed a digital signature without giving me a written version and a chance to review. This has led to haggling in the final stretch, and more work for the solicitors. However, the relatively low commission more than compensated.

Mala was warm and welcoming during the open home, making the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. Throughout the process, she was helpful and communicated clearly about what was needed, always keeping me well-informed. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness and support when it came to putting in a good word during my offer, right up until it went unconditional.
