We believe we made the best decision to list our property with Mala Gepp. During our appraisal she was very honest about our property and the expected price we can get which we liked. So we put our trust in her property market knowledge and listed with her. Mala got us an offer after just first open home. She was very professional and honest about the offer and give us all the relevant information regarding the offer honestly which helped us a lot . After some negotiations we accepted the first offer and are really happy about it. During the negotiations there was a small hiccup which Mala handled with utmost professionalism and didn't let the offer lapsed.
