Goals met

After a long and hard at times , selling process , Magno delivered 2 unconditional deals on two properties. It was a good day , a good win when the MSM seem to be preaching doom and gloom on the realestate front, I looked at sell two years ago with other realtors and there projection were way lower than my expectations ,like 200k lower , my expectations where high, they weren’t actually met , but in my book, in the current climate, being only approximately 4% below my highest expectations, it a win , a solid win and gives me enough to move on to my next purchase, a good day , bordering excellent day in the current market, if fact I will say excellent with the current market. It was a process, tyre kickers to deal with , dreamers, people looking for a steal, and there was the cashed up and the first home buyers, a young family who fought a long and hard battle and won at the 11th hour , they had Megan and George and Magno of Harcourts and I assume others on there team to get them in , but good on them for their fortitude . It delights me that my home of 20 years is going to a young family to raise their children in the beautiful Raumati Sth beach area . With in 3 weeks there will be 4 groups of people moving on to there new life suituation of there choice. It has been a long and arduous journey, very hard at times, full of surprises good and bad , but Magno was there doing what he was commissioned to do , bat for me and get as much as possible for pretty much all I have financially in the world and on the same note a realistic deal for vendor and purchaser at the same time .
