Madelon and Racee are 2 amazing agents , both very helpful on the presentation of the house ( I can be quite stubborn). Their combined market knowledge about the area and their advice on price point was completely accurate. They had open homes on both Saturday and Sunday for maximum exposure and making the option for viewings easier for clients , this was appreciated. The market report after open homes was brilliant ,there was no room for mistakes about who and why clients were looking at the house and followed up with either phone call or text if I didn’t answer.
