We bought our first home 20yrs ago, and are leaving it now to move closer to our family, so this was an emotional experience for us. Sarah and Maddie guided us through the journey with empathy and expertise. There were some areas where we needed outside support, and Sarah had a group of professional contacts who made each part of the process so much easier to navigate - the council compliance expert, unflappable lawyer, gifted home stylist and enthusiastic photographer, who all joined the team, and kept us on target and moving in the right direction. We had a series of well-attended open homes, having followed the recommended marketing plan, and Sarah ran through the activity with us each week, to let us know how the market was responding. Due to the level of interest, we ended up moving our deadline forward, and are delighted to have sold our beloved home to a family who is excited to make new memories where ours leave off. We would recommend Sarah and Maddie to help in any part of your property journey - whether you're looking for the perfect home, or moving on to somewhere new.
