Giving back to the community, and being an active part of the community, is important to Lynne, Chairperson of the Whangarei Boys High School PTA - the school her son attends. Always willing to go the extra mile and commit to helping others Lynne has also volunteered a great deal of her time to the causes she is passionate about - including being a volunteer firefighter, a Red Cross Emergency Services Welfare Team Member, through to providing animal assisted therapy in conjunction with StJohn and the SPCA as well as working on various community conservation projects.
